Backlinks with a high Pagerank – Strengthen your link portfolio

Quality vs. quantity for backlinks is a valid debate, but the reality is that high pagerank backlinks are simply the most effective and powerful solution for increasing rankings. Not only for initial rankings, but also to stabilize them (prevent position from jumping around, known as “Google dance”).

A link is a link is a link?

All links help, but some help more than others. Pagerank is an algorithm developed by Google to rank one website exponentially over another; It is important to note that while a website can have a high Pagerank, the actual webpage your URL is on can be PR 0. This means that two PR 1 links do not correspond to one PR 2. it increases its power and a PR 5 could be worth 100 Pr 1 links.

Time to hunt for high pagerank websites!

This is a technique I’ve learned over the years. It’s extremely powerful, but will either cost you some time or money (if you decide to outsource it). Either way, it’s one of the best methods available to find those sites that are waiting to give you some of their juices.

Comment for high PR links: In order to get a link with a high pagerank, it takes two things; Luck and time if you decide to go this route. However, a shortcut takes advantage of an already successful page by commenting on it to “drop” your link, often days, weeks, or even years after it existed. The alternative is to endlessly write articles, write guest blogs, and participate in numerous forum threads in hopes of gaining a page rank one day. We simply eliminate the guesswork if we can remove the variables of time.

How to get backlinks with high PageRank step by step:

You’ve now decided to skip the guesswork and go straight to the killing. You need three things to make this happen: Yahoo Site Search Explorer, SEO Quake Firefox addon, and a competitor’s (or well-known link commenter) backlinks. If you don’t know of any competitors using blog comments, you can type inurl:blog into Google “great read, thank you for posting” as this will bring up some results that a webmaster has undoubtedly exploited. Once you’ve selected the site that uses blog comments/article comments for links, enter their site into YSE. Make sure SEO Quake is ready. Turn it on after you’ve scoured your backlinks (make sure you turn it off afterwards, otherwise each new tab will show its pagerank – you can also turn off the other options besides Google pagerank by clicking the icon for double-click settings).

Probably the majority of inlinks for your site aren’t from comments, but you can pagerank those out (if there are any, and try to leave your own comment with a link back to your site). Once you find a good set of competitors leaving comments on high PageRank sites, you will never run out. The key is to find those who use this technique as their primary means of backlinking.

Link Exchange – Contacting Webmasters for Highly Viable Links:

Another method of getting higher quality links is through link exchange. Please note that this method depends on you having a page ranked website yourself (otherwise nobody will link to you) and a website worth linking to (gambling and adult sites are of course more difficult). You can find others willing to swap links on popular webmaster forums like Warrior Forum, Namepros, Digital Point, and Backlinksforum.

Buying backlinks on websites with high pagerank:

This method is one of the easier ones as it doesn’t require finding competitor backlinks and reverse engineering them or contacting other webmasters to exchange links. However, you still need to exercise due diligence and deal with webmasters you can trust who will not sell you “permanent” links that will be removed within 3 months. Most of these links come in the form of blogroll or sitewide links that appear on all pages of a website, while others are contextual backlinks that only appear on that specific page. Webmaster forums like bstbacklinks allow users to buy and sell backlinks with relative ease.

Renting High PR Links on Private Network Websites:

Most advanced in setup yet easy for the end user. The main benefit of this tactic is that you don’t have to deal with webmasters. Asking webmasters to exchange links or checking if they removed your “permanent” backlink is tedious and a waste of time. These links are usually leased, but if the ROI (return on investment) makes sense, that’s all that matters. Typically, these networks consist of varying degrees of page rank and volume. For example, a PR 6 can go for over four thousand dollars. Setting up your own network can get expensive and fast, along with the need for hosting; Every website should be hosted on a unique Class C IP address to reduce footprint and diversity in the eyes of search engines like Google.

Set up…

Domains expire at registrars every day. Here you can bid on them. Once purchased, you will also need hosting that supports multiple Class C IP addresses. You then need to change nameservers and install a content management system (for the sake of simplicity, e.g. WordPress).
